AMC Prep
At Veritas Education, we are dedicated to preparing our students for a competitive world. This means that we offer our students the opportunity to grow not only academically, but as a whole person. Our prep courses are designed to help students feel confident on the day of the contest. Instructors will help students develop positive attitudes around encountering challenges and working hard to reach goals.
The AMC 8 and AMC 10/12 provides middle school and high school students with an opportunity to flex their analytical thinking skills and develop unique problem solving abilities.
AMC 8 Prep Course
This class is designed to prepare students to participate in the AMC 8 math competition, designed for middle school students. The AMC 8 is a 25-question, 40-minute, multiple-choice examination in middle school mathematics designed to promote the development of problem-solving skills.
AMC 10 Prep Course
This class is designed to prepare students to participate in the AMC 10 math competition. The AMC 10 is a 25-question, 75-minute, multiple-choice exam covering the high school curriculum up to 10th grade. Students must be in grade 10 or below and under 17.5 years of age on the day of the competition to participate.
